For over two decades, Mark has earned the reputation of being one of Northeast Ohio’s most sought-after fitness coaches.

He has earned this title by consistently producing extraordinary results for his clients. He credits this to his dedication to continued education and his own “in the trenches” experience.

Mark is a lifelong strength athlete. He wrestled throughout his youth, graduating into natural bodybuilding and competitive powerlifting post-high school, then going on to add training certifications to his list of accomplishments.

Through the years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mark trained hundreds of clients —ages 10 through 90.

Mark’s training philosophy focuses on lifestyle enhancement while helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
