Liz Rodman, coach

Liz is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutritionist. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration in 2018. From there she moved to Austin, Texas to begin her career as a personal trainer. After working there for two years she relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado. She successfully ran her own personal training business as well as worked for a private training facility for three years before moving home to the Cleveland, Ohio area.

She has a vast amount of experience and has dedicated most of her time to learning and understanding the most effective and efficient way to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass through nutrition and weight training. In her free time she loves going on hikes, camping, and being around her family and friends.
