AllicIa Browne, coach
Growing up, Allicia played fast pitch softball year-round, which is where her passion for sports and movement started. Her time in sports sparked an interest in injury treatment and prevention. This interest led her to pursue a bachelor’s in athletic training and Exercise Science from Baldwin Wallace University. She continued her education at Cleveland State University, where she received a Master of Education degree, focusing on Exercise Science. During her graduate program she was a graduate assistant in the Human Performance lab at Cleveland State University, she taught undergraduate exercise science courses and worked with faculty members in the Fitness for Life program.
Allicia has experience teaching various group exercise classes and working 1:1 with people of all ages and experience levels. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, and she also holds a FMT+ Mobility Specialist certification. She believes that there is a type of movement for everyone whether it is gentle yoga, high intensity training, distance running, or strength training. Allicia is dedicated to helping people reach their short and long term fitness goals.
